المعلومات التي نجمعها
الاسم ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني والصورة الشخصية إن أضفتهما، وعناوين التوصيل وإحداثيات الخريطة، والطلبات ومعاملات المحفظة، ورسائل الدعم وصورها، ورموز الإشعارات ومعلومات الجهاز والتطبيق اللازمة لأمان الحساب. نعالج أيضاً المفضلة والسلة المحفوظتين وطلبات البحث عن المنتجات وسجلات طلبات الخادم (بما فيها عنوان IP والروابط المطلوبة) لتقديم هذه الميزات وتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.
Information we collect
Your name and phone number, optional email and profile photo, saved delivery addresses and map coordinates, orders and wallet transactions, support messages and photos, notification tokens, and device/app information used for account security. We also process your saved favourites and cart, product search requests, and server request logs (including IP address and requested URLs) to provide these features and operate and secure the service.

How we use information
We use this information to manage your account, show stores serving your location, process and deliver orders, provide support and notifications, and prevent fraud.
الموقع والصور
يطلب تطبيق العميل الموقع أثناء الاستخدام لمساعدتك في اختيار عنوان التوصيل. يمكنك اختيار العنوان على الخريطة وتغيير الأذونات من إعدادات الجهاز. تُرفع الصور التي تختار إرسالها للدعم أو استخدامها صورةً شخصية.
Location and photos
The customer app requests location while in use to help you choose a delivery location. You can choose an address on the map instead and change permissions in device settings. Photos you choose to send to support or use as your profile photo are uploaded.
مشاركة البيانات
تُشارك معلومات الطلب وبيانات الاتصال والتوصيل اللازمة لتنفيذه مع المتاجر المعنية والسائق المكلّف. تعالج خدمات الاستضافة والخرائط ورسائل التحقق والإشعارات وأمان الأجهزة من Apple وGoogle البيانات اللازمة لهذه الوظائف. لا نبيع بيانات العملاء الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات لدى جهات خارجية.
Sharing
Order information and the contact/delivery details needed to fulfil it are shared with the relevant stores and assigned driver. Hosting, maps, verification messaging, push notifications and Apple/Google device-security services process the data needed for those functions. We do not sell customer personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
حذف حساب العميل
من الحساب ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، أو عبر https://sadanmarket.com/delete-account/. يتوقف الدخول للحساب فوراً. تُحذف بيانات الملف والعناوين والسلة والمفضلة ورسائل الدعم وصورها والصور الشخصية عادةً خلال 24 ساعة. احفظ رابط المتابعة الخاص لمعرفة اكتمال الحذف. يبقى رقم الهاتف محجوزاً 30 يوماً لمنع إعادة استخدامه فوراً، ثم يُزال من ملف الحساب.
Delete your customer account
Use Account → Settings → Delete Account, or https://sadanmarket.com/delete-account/. Account access stops immediately. Profile details, saved addresses, carts, favourites, support messages/photos and profile photos are normally erased within 24 hours. Save the private status link to check completion. The phone number stays reserved for 30 days to prevent immediate reuse and is then removed from the account profile.
السجلات التي تبقى بعد الحذف
نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والمعاملات المالية المكتملة، بما فيها المعلومات المسجلة ضمن تلك المعاملات، وسجلات الأمان ومنع الاحتيال اللازمة للمحاسبة وحل النزاعات والأمان. لا يلغي الحذف طلباً جارياً أو مبالغ مستحقة؛ يجب تسوية الطلبات المفتوحة ورصيد المحفظة أولاً. قد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة في نسخ احتياطية محدودة الوصول حتى استبدالها، ولا تُعاد للاستخدام المعتاد.
Records retained after deletion
Completed order and financial records, including information recorded on those transactions, and necessary security/anti-fraud records are retained for accounting, dispute resolution and security. Deletion does not cancel an outstanding order or erase money owed: resolve open orders and wallet balances first. Deleted personal data may remain in restricted backups until those backups are replaced; it is not restored to normal use.
