يُغلق الحساب فوراً. تُحذف بيانات الملف والعناوين والسلة والمفضلة ومحادثات الدعم وصورها والصور الشخصية عادةً خلال 24 ساعة. يبقى الهاتف محجوزاً 30 يوماً ثم يُزال من الملف. نحتفظ بسجلات المعاملات والأمان اللازمة. سوِّ الطلبات ورصيد المحفظة أولاً.
Access ends immediately. Profile details, saved addresses, carts, favourites, support conversations/photos and profile photos are normally erased within 24 hours. The phone number is reserved for 30 days, then removed from the profile. Necessary transaction and security records remain. Settle open orders and wallet balances first.
